ABOUT ON SCENE
Built on service. Rooted in Texas. Driven by a calling to help others.
SERVICE
OUR STORY
On Scene Mobile RV Service was founded on the same values we lived by in our careers: integrity, compassion, and a commitment to helping others.
Our owner was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country and proudly served 25 years as a Paramedic/Lieutenant. His wife is a dedicated nurse. Together, they understand the importance of reliability, communication, and taking care of people — because that's what they've dedicated their lives to.
We understand that when your RV has problems, it can derail your plans, your vacation, or even your living situation. That's why we bring the same urgency and professionalism to every service call that we brought to every emergency call.
When you call On Scene, you're not just a customer — you're family.
OUR VALUES
INTEGRITY
We do what's right, even when no one's watching. Honest diagnostics, fair pricing, no upsells.
COMPASSION
We understand the stress of a broken-down RV. We treat every customer like family.
COMMITMENT
We're committed to getting you back on the road — or enjoying your campsite — as quickly as possible.
CRAFTSMANSHIP
25 years of emergency service taught us precision. We apply that same standard to every repair.
